Deborah was nothing less than an amazing advocate for us!  We were a challenge because we really did not know exactly what we were looking for in a house in WA.  We started with waterfront homes to waterfront property and ended with a gated community.  There were multiple steps and issues that arose involved in our sale that Deborah maneuvered through with skill and patience.  Her extensive knowledge of the real estate market and specifically of the region made it easy to trust her guidance.  As we went through the process of looking for and then purchasing a home, we had questions that Deborah answered and if there was a question she was unfamiliar with, she quickly researched and returned with an answer.  All of her referrals (home builders, inspectors, and financiers) were outstanding!  They dealt with us with the same professionalism and ease as Deborah.  She was always available for us and actually adjusted her schedule to accommodate our showings and our travel to the area.  She was nothing less than the best as we were out of state purchasers and needed the extra care and assistance that Deborah provided.

Not often a Yelper but I wanted to give kudos to Deborah Taylor at Windermere Realty.  As a Real Estate Broker in Calif. Deborah has been a buyers agent for me, and after my mother's passing, the agent that sold her home.

Deborah has helped my family with the sale and purchase of several homes over the last decade and I would never consider using another agent as long as she's still actively working. Working with Deborah is like working with a good family friend, she gets to know you and your needs, she helps you anticipate what may happen in the process and she literally has EVERYTHING covered. Selling and buying a home is incredibly stressful, and somehow working with Deborah it seems as though it's the easiest thing in the world. When you need someone to clean your yard, she has a guy. When you need someone to clean your place from top to bottom, she's got a number for that as well. When you decide last minute that you can't spend as much time moving as you thought, she's got several movers on call and ready and through every single one of these transactions, I couldn't get a better price if I tried searching myself for a solid week.

It's clear that Deborah is top in her craft and it's clear that she cares about her clients. She's understanding, smart, well connected and actually wants what's best for you.....you won't find anyone better than Deborah. Whenever I hear about someone looking for a realtor, I immediately give them her contact information and every single person I know who has worked with her tells me what a dream the entire process was. Deborah represented our family with the sale of our mothers home after her passing. It would be an understatement to say that Deborah performed a herculean effort in dealing with all of the loose ends and complications associated with the sale. Every "I" dotted and every "T" crossed in what amounted to catching one particular fish in a vast ocean, the perfect buyer for the home. I can personally say that I consider Deborah (and Lee her husband) a friend and a hero in our time of need. She will be the first name I would recommend to family and friends. She truly is a "Ninja"!

Deborah is an amazing agent, you won't find anyone more capable to help you find your home or sell your home.  We moved here 7 years ago and she helped to patiently educate us on the area and how best to invest or time and money.  She found us a lovely home and as she told us, over the 7 years the house value went up and up. This past fall she represented us on the sale of that home while also being our buyers agent for our DREAM HOME!  Her team and their marketing sold the home before the sign was even up.  On the buying side, she worked tirelessly to make sure the diligence and closing went smoothly and she follows up regularly to check in on us and make sure all is well.  We highly recommend Deborah and her team, an agent with a big heart, excellent experience and wonderful work ethic.  Best Wishes to Deborah and her team.  I "think" we are in our forever home, but without a doubt if we sell or buy again she'll be our first call.
